Questions from coaches & ADs.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks before your desired media day date, especially for fall and spring seasons when demand is highest. Reach out as early as possible to lock in your date.
Do you come to our facility?
Yes, we come to you. We'll work within your gym, field, or arena. If you'd prefer an outdoor or alternative location, we can discuss options on our initial call.
How long does Media Day take?
That depends on your roster size and the package selected. The Roster package typically runs 1–2 hours for most teams. The Full Program package may take a half day. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we build your quote.
Can a player get their own individual images?
Yes. Every package includes individual download access for players, so each athlete can access and download their own headshots directly from the gallery without involving the coach or athletic department.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on roster size, which package you select, and any add-ons (like action photography or extended coverage). We provide a flat quote upfront so there are no surprises. Contact us with your details and we'll turn around a quote fast.
Can you cover multiple teams from the same school or club?
Absolutely — and we offer discounts for multi-team bookings from the same program or athletic department. If you're looking to do a full athletic department media day, let's talk.
